Happy's Home Repair (The Falcon Team LLC) was started during the pandemic when finding reliable help for basic home repairs seemed nearly impossible. Since then, Neil and Sharon have built a very loyal customer base in Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Queensridge by delivering honest work, transparent pricing, and meticulous attention to detail.
Neil brings a remarkable background of service and precision to every project, having succeeded as a paramedic, firefighter, registered nurse, hospital operator, and corporate consultant. Alongside his professional career, Neil has accumulated over 30 years of hands-on home repair, design, and remodeling experience, having personally refurbished numerous homes for resale and rental.
Sharon is the heart of the business, managing customer relations, scheduling, and serving as the essential "extra eye" on-site to inspect the quality of every project. Together, they treat your home as if it's their own—never leaving a job until they themselves are completely satisfied with the results.
